These terms apply when you buy Fledge on fledgesite.com. Please read them before you pay. If something is unclear, write to me.

What you buy
- Fledge. A skill for Claude: a file called fledge.zip that you add to your own Claude account. With it, Claude asks about your business, writes the words, builds your website and shows you how to put it online. You also get a get started guide, help by email if you get stuck, and new versions of Fledge for free.
- Fledge + 1 hour with me. Fledge, plus one hour of help from me on a video call. You use it for what you're stuck on. I email you after you buy to find a time. The hour must be used within 3 months of your purchase.
- Fledge + launch help. Fledge, plus a video call where I put your finished website online on your own Netlify account and web address, and tell Google about it (Search Console). You stay logged in on your own computer, and I never ask for your passwords. Not included: buying your web address, email on it, your Google Business Profile, and changes later. The call must take place within 3 months of your purchase.
To use Fledge you need a Claude account (the free one works), a Mac or Windows computer and a free Netlify account. A web address, if you want one, you buy yourself. None of these are included in the price.
Prices and payment
The prices are on the front page. They include VAT where your country has it. You pay once; there is no subscription.
You pay through Stripe, by card or another payment method Stripe offers you. The amount is charged when you buy. Outside the US, Stripe shows the price in your own currency. You get a receipt and an invoice by email from Stripe.
If you buy for a business in another EU country and enter its VAT number, VAT is handled as reverse charge, and the invoice says so.
Delivery
Right after you pay, you get an email with a link to download fledge.zip and a link to the get started guide. The download link works for 30 days. Keep the file somewhere safe. If the link stops working, write to me and I'll send a new one.
If you bought an hour with me or launch help, I write to you within a couple of working days to find a time. For launch help, you write to me when your website is ready to go online.
New versions
When there's a new version of Fledge, I email you and you get it for free.
Your right of withdrawal
If you buy as a private person, you normally have 14 days to change your mind. Here is how that works for each part.
- Fledge (fledge.zip). fledge.zip is digital content, delivered right away. At checkout you agree that delivery starts at once and that you lose your right of withdrawal when the download link is sent to you. That's why you can't withdraw from the purchase of Fledge itself once you have received the email.
- The hour with me and launch help. These are services. You can cancel them within 14 days of your purchase and get that part of the price back. If you ask me to have the call within the 14 days and it has taken place, you can no longer cancel it.
To cancel, write to hello@attabird.com within the 14 days and tell me you want to cancel. You can use the form below, but you don't have to. I pay the money back within 14 days, to the payment method you used.

If something is wrong
If fledge.zip doesn't work as described, write to me and I'll fix it or help you. As a private person in the EU, you have the right to complain about faults for 2 years. Write to me as soon as you can after you find the fault.
Fledge helps you make your website, but you decide what goes on it. Check the words, prices and facts before you publish. I can't promise how many clients your website will bring you or where it will show up on Google.
What you may use Fledge for
You may use Fledge to make and change websites for yourself and your own business. You may not share, sell or publish the Fledge files, or use Fledge to make websites for others as a paid service. The website you make with Fledge is yours.

How I handle your information when you buy is in the privacy policy.
Complaints
If you're not happy, write to me first, and we'll find a solution. If we can't agree, you can complain to the Danish complaint board for consumers: Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, naevneneshus.dk. If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help: forbrugereuropa.dk.
Danish law applies. If you are a private person, you also keep the protection your own country's law gives you.
